These are model ICB by Belleville and Bates, makers of Wolverine boots.  Authentic GI Issue ICB Infantry Combat Boot Goretex, waterproof, extremely tough, and SO comfortable. Upper made of non-water absorbent leather and resin treated tan basket weave Cordura.
